Relationships: Waste Feed Pick-up at Captain Lawrence Brewery

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.

Tag along with Stone Barns farmers Zach and Shane to nearby Captain Lawrence Brewery for their routine pickup of spent grain. A large component of the center's waste fed pig program, the grain is fermented and stored on the farm. During the trip, learn about this special farm to brewery partnership, and take a short tour of the brewery in action.

If you sign up for this trip, it will take up the full 2 hours of  "Relationships: Open Meeting Space and Deep Dive Tours/Activities."
